Phil Casciotti founded Origin Building LLC to pursue his life long passion of creating unique living spaces that emphasize common sense, comfort, environmental responsibility, and state-of-the art materials and techniques. Phil and his wife Lynn seek projects that provide an opportunity to celebrate and restore special buildings with architectural distinction and a touch of history. Our projects are designed to create homes that will evolve with family growth, life-cycle changes, and to be lived-in, not merely admired. Our homes are outfitted with high quality appliances and fixtures, and low maintenance materials. Whenever possible we provide in-floor radiant heat. Every step of our design and construction is geared to creating durable, energy efficient structures. We are proud of what we do – we hope it shows.
